Hi there! My name is Simona. I am an art lover, passionate about culture, good food and languages. I come from Rome, Italy, where I grow up together with my family - a chef (my mum) and an art restorer (my dad). You can imagine what does it mean to grow in such a varied environment!
I have a BA with Honours in Conservation Heritage Studies from the University of Tuscia in Viterbo (Italy), and MA in Art History from the University of Auckland (NZ), plus a Graduate Diploma of Learning and Teaching from the University of Southern Queensland (Australia).
In the last twenty years I have worked between Italy, New Zealand and Australia as lecturer, curator, and public speaker, but also as tour leader with schools and adults, sharing my passion with others.
When I am in Brisbane I offer courses to schools and communities, but also to individual, groups or corporates, so if you have any question, just get in touch.
A presto!
Simona
